worksshops specialized on classic British cars - e.g. Triumph

Let me please write about an idea, which came up on a German TR forum: How about compiling a list of workshops, which are specialized in classic British cars. This might be especially useful for Stag drivers travelling abroad, who are in need of a workshop.

It is as far as I know, Richard. Andrew Smith sent out on-line forms a while back to those of us that were willing to offer help, but I'm not sure where the info is published; main SOC website?

Knighthawk register is slightly different. It’s a list of members’ contact details who are happy to help stranded or soon to be stranded members in their local area. List of classic workshops would also be a good idea.

That is such a good idea... I did not know about it.... is it still working? I would add my name to the list... I could see myself breaking down for say a fan belt and someone local poping over with one...
