SOC Parts Guide

I try when possibe to use SOC for parts, next job planned is rear sub frame bushes, dampers, springs and the associated nuts and bolts.
The Rimmers site has a pretty good exploded view of the parts list, but SOC show the parts seperate, and sometimes the description does not help me identify if this is the part I want.

Noticed that SOC do a parts manual now, anyone got or seen one of these and do they have a better exploded view of the parts to help build up a list?
