    Rear suspension

Hi all, still having trouble with last nut on diff nose extension, I even dropped rear end of propshaft with the hope of undoing nut on quill shaft and removing flange to give me more room. But no that won’t undo either. So I have now decided to remove subframe and trailing arms and pollybush I did the front in the winter last year. With the back wheels off are the spring still under tension and could you tell me the best way to remove these items. Many thanks Steve

Put a jack under the trailing arm and take up a little of the tension. Undo the shock and the drive shaft then lower the trailing arm on the jack. The tension should be removed from the spring and you should be able to pop it out.
