Just had my MOT done and it came back with the following advisories

Do you think any of these are things I need to imminently worry about? Are they big jobs to fix?

Nearside Front Wheel bearing has slight play (5.1.3 (a) (i)) Offside Front Wheel bearing has slight play (5.1.3 (a) (i))
Offside Rear Sub-frame pin or bush worn but not resulting in excessive movement Forward bush (5.3.4 (a) (i))

Can't comment on the Rear sub frame pin or bush BUT the front wheel bearing may or may not be an issue, Most MoT inspectors are used to modern cars where there should be no play in the wheel bearings by design. The Stag, in common with many/most older classic rear wheel drive cars has taper roller bearings which can be adjusted and should have a small amount of play.

It is easy to check your self, get a copy of the ROM (Workshop Manual) and follow the instructions. They are adjustable though it is sometimes difficult to get them exactly spot on as the nut has six flats and often you want to be "in between". Slightly too much play is better than too little in my opinion.

The front bearings are adjustable and are made to have play in use, if you want a fault free MOT tighten them by a flat or so to remove any play before taking them in for the tester to go "Hmmm nice" ...and then after returning home slacken them off again to the correct running setting...which is slight play (they are taper bearings and so have slight play in them).
The sub frame bush is a job to attend to but the tester says no excessive play at present, if it were mine I'd run it all summer and then check again at winter to see if excessive play is present then you can it change over winter.
