There’s a guy on eBay that converts period radios to modern standards but I don’t know how good they are.

I had one from Classic Car Stereos which worked reasonably well. Retrocarstuff stock retrosound stereos.

If you have an original radio you can always just leave it and plumb in a Bluetooth amp. I put a thread on here recently on how to do it.
