    Fuse holder inserts

Hi, Does anyone know what these missing inserts are called in the picture, and also the piggy back spade holders? Where could I get these from?

Also is these any main fuses in the Stag that get blown before the 'smaller' fuses. About four fuses in the fuse box do not have any 12v going to them..

You should get the bits you need from Auto Sparks

do you need to connect more than one wire to most terminals, as per the standard stag fuse box,?

i use vehicle wiring products stuff, they sell a 2 or 3 terminal connector

to answer your other question, there are a bunch of fuses that only receive 12v when the ignition is switched on. in therory the ignition control fuse #1 iirc could blow first if the rating was not correct

what fuse ratings are you planning to use Sukhi, be aware that Stag original used "blow" rated fuses and not continuous rated that the blade fuses are.

You may well overload the circuits if the wrong fuse is used and you experience a short. Then you will need more Lucas smoke

drew Drew, maybe a technical doc could be added to your fabulous technical library on blow rated fuses and their modern equivalent. I did look but couldn't find one.

                Best wishes

Yes, you are right, blade fuses have to be half the value of Glass fuses, i.e, 10A = 5A, etc.

This is what I want the i inserts that hold the fuse, I dont know what size ???

                      Hi Sukhi

                      check these out

                      https://www.vehiclewiringproducts.co.uk/p-1163-spare-terminal-for-16-way-fuse-box

do they look correct? personally i would head back to mr White and buy the best oe fuse box he has in stock.

these modern style units do not like it when the connectors are replaced, in my experience the plastic tag that holds thd connector in breaks away, then there is nothing to stop the blade fuse pushing thd connector out the back of the housing

FYI there is a locking tab on the terminal. For extra security locking clips are also available and these can simply be popped into place.
