Its the handle and the chrome fixture at the end as seen in the bottom right corner..

I've attached a photo of what you're probably looking for. Finding the Stag's circular threaded chrome bezel may be a challenge. Not sure if it appeared in any other BL product.
The 'joystick' you should be easily able to find from a Jaguar product, namely the Jaguar XJ SI, Series II or perhaps early XJS. There were several different profiles but they should all screw in.
You could try and adapt the rectangular chrome bezel from those Jaguar models onto the Stag's door trim.
Shown is the Stag's circular chrome bezel and 'Locating washer' and door card masonite trim. The chrome capping in the background I'm unsure where I had it from.

Thats the parts. hopefully someone has 1 or 2 of them.

Good luck with it. It took me ages to find 2 for my car; one either side.
I've included a photo of a Jaguar one I mentioned which could probably be made to fit.
