    Rear Hub Extractor Tool M86C

    Hi all,

Anyone know where I can get this tool? Is it in the tooling fund? Does anyone hire them out?

    Thanks

I have one you are welcome to borrow.
Also required are 2 off 52mm spanners…. Got a pair of those too.

Make sure its doesn't turn out like this. Mine is in the middle. There's a guy out here, in California, who can rebuild them. He's known in the TR6 community as the go-to man.

better notify the National Physical Laboratory if you're going to change the geographical location of those, since the shift in gravity might affect different sensitive instruments.

I just need a spare hub, out of the bearing, to balance my wheels on. So if you’ve got a spare one of those lying around, then that might be easier to lend me rather than me trying to get mine out!

              Chix,

It's probably worth buying a second-hand hub (Tony White?) and keep it as a balancing jig for future tyre changes etc., assuming it works as you've planned

I think the balance machine & clamp will foul with the wheel probably.
