Is this something you are going to keep going with? I see you are going to be doing 20 to start with but this looks to be so much better that the electric alternative and it would be a shame to leave it there?. This could be the answer finally. Maybe SOCTFL could help with funding? or approach one of the usual suppliers? just a thought

Well done Steve, very impressive
I was hoping to get some hot weather to give it a really good test but so far my gauge sits at "E"with any driving conditions up to 90 mph .If thisremains so i'm quite happy to do further batches as the demand requires.Just dont want to rush something then find there is a problem but to be honest it's pumping enoughwater and thats all i was hoping for.
That looks a really good modification - clever bloke aren't you! - keep us posted please - if it proves to be reliable and the heater is fed with sufficient hot water I'll have one when funds allow please
