Power steering pump seal kit…

Hi! My PS pump seems to be spraying a fine line of fluid all around my engine bay!

Has anyone replaced the seals themselves? Is it an easy/ straightforward job? Or is it as hard as getting a hub apart and best left to the professionals/ Best to buy a reconditioned pump??

P.S. other than that and a crap cheap electric fan breaking on me, my 600 Mike round trip to Wales was absolutely superb!!!!

Not difficult, but ensure you install the internals the correct way round, there is an arrow cast on the body it’s all shown in the ROM.

I've rebuilt two. I made a video on how to dismantle one. Having the following tools help: Press to push out shaft, puller to remove pulley and an impact wrench to remove nut holding pulley on.
