Cylinder head numbers

I have a Mk1 Fed. Stag which has what I believe are Mk2 heads. The numbers are: 88313210 v3294 and 88313211 v3293. I recall someone mentioning that this may not be the case. Can someone please enlighten me?
My other Mk1 Stag has no. 307873 v3143 and 307872 v3142 which I've been told are Mk1 heads.

You are correct. Your Mk1 Fed has Mk2 heads.
