Found this old girl

Went so see an uncle , who is a bodywork specialist . He was working on this for a customer

Full strip and sandblast .the customer then stopped paying so he stopped working on it

It was much laterput outside to deteriorate to this ... and no way of contacting the customer

shame to see that - but i bet the door,t-bar and engine bay braces would be of use to someone restoring one.

i would also cut the front and rear panels off as ornamants on my garage wall

It wasn't a rusty yellow one on mk 1 steel wheels and trims was it Nick? Saw that one in Tunbridge Wells a couple of weeks ago looking pretty sad.

10 minutes later saw a nice carmine one that lived in a side road that cheered me up again........ wondered if it was your old one
