insulation panel paint

Hi all

Just wondering if anyone has advice on if you can paint the rear insulation panel in the engine bay and if so what paint.

Over the years it’s become grubby and partially painted with the colour of the car so needs tarting up.

Clean or replace. Don’t paint.

That’s clean with what. Panel wipe dose not touch it.

Brake & parts cleaner.
if it’s got overspray on it, you might struggle to remove it without damage though.
