    Tool fund parts for soft-top

Is there a current list of projects the club is working on to have manufactured?
I'll eventually be after a set of plastic covers for the soft-top frame. (The parts which go over the door frame) I know I can reach out to Tony White, but a nice new set would be nice.

New/repro plastic covers are already available at James Paddock Limited - Triumph Stag, Spitfire, TR6, TR7, GT6, Vitesse, Herald Parts and Spares Specialists. SOFTOP FRAME PLASTIC REAR AS ORIGINAL R/H(714231)
The front ones though have been out of stock but might be back again?

The tooling has be done first, which is what Ive been working on to get the parts made.

James Paddocks have the long ones listed but out of stock. So I wonder what happened to the tooling?

No idea, but I know tooling, as expensive as it is, tends to tragically go missing when suppliers go bust.

My hood only has the front, longer ones fitted. Are the rear, shorter ones just cosmetic or are they really needed? It looks an awkward job to fit now.
