Best Way To Seam Seal

Have got these images of the underside.
Whats the best way to seal these seems that have small gaps in?
I’d like there to be no chance of muck getting in between the panels etc.

Skeleton gun if it’s from a tube. 3/8” brush if it’s in a tin.

What sealant do you use? I’m going to paint over it once sealed.

Peter,
When my car was done by Wards they did say that the choice of sealer was important. Mick is into the latest technology on this stuff. You need something that doesn't shrink or crack over time (as the original did). I did ask if they could lead fill the joints (which used to be the way) and got a very strange look.

Unfortunately I do not remember the brand or technology, so it would be useful if someone with some knowledge could recommend a specific product/technology.

i have used and would recommend 3m brushable seam sealer using a seam sealer brush too, you can push the sealer into any gaps and get a great finish.
