Pin - Regulator Pivot Roller - ZKC2761

I need to replace the roller and pin on my window regulator. I only have a 5 ton press at home. Will I be able to secure this on the arm with my press? If not will hitting it with a club hammer work?

Imho both.
However the original had a small counter bore to make it easier I think.
New ones don’t.
maybe you could add one?

Seem to recall doing that myself - drilled into the end of the rivet then pressed it in the vice, using a suitably sized object to spread it.

threaded screw and nyloc nut to replace the rivet?

Cannot imagine that the rivet would need much more than a hearty good squeeze in a bench vice
