Fitting Alfa 147 front seats

There are a few people on the forum who have fitted Alfa 147 front seats. I have a set from a 3 door which I am planning to fit.

Could anyone give me a heads up on what needs to be done to fit them?

Sounds interesting. My front seats are far from comfortable and we are planning a trip to the Swiss Alpine passes in late spring.

We had a similar motivation for considering fitting different seats as we are doing the North Coast 500 next spring, the week before the European Stag meeting in Scotland.
I find I can't drive the Stag for more than a couple of hours before having to get out to stretch my legs and am hoping that better seats will help.

Also like the look of alfa seats, mainly because of the state of my seats and the cost of recovering. I actually find then pretty comfortable but we'll see on the 2023 RBRR (if we get an entry). They are much better than the original seats in my TR6 which I have now replaced with mk2 mx5 seats which are awesome with no issues in 2 RBRRs and 1 10CR.

Can't help the OP but I've got photos and details of the adjustments needed to fit Audi TT seats.
£100 for a pair of very good black leather heated seats with headrests compared to the £500 plus fitting costs to refurb the Mk1 originals.
I can't justify that.
There are over 5000 Stags left, the premium for absolute originality just isn't there.
