The third number is also a 9. Same car has been used for a few years in the SOC advert in classic mags. Car pictured driving through a ford. I believe it belongs to one of the club officers, but can't remember who.

I think it belongs to Emhyrs Barrel. Please excuse my spelling but I am not near a club mag to check.
