CLutch Bearing Sleeve Roll Pin

Hi All, am fitting a new sleeve as I finish putting the gearbox back together, There was a roll pin supplied that I have tapped into place throug the hole on the lip of the sleeve. Is there a right way round for this to go when fitting the fork ?

No Chris.It is only there to stop the bearing carrier itself from rotating on the nose extension.

Be careful because that lip is as soft as cheese.

so I would fit the fork into the slot and make sure it rotates right the way around freely. Easy enough to adjust any tight spots out of the lip, I might have used the edge of a 1/2 inch spanner before now and twisted the lip out slightly
