I have a Mk1 Fed. Stag. Can someone confirm if this type of screw was used to hold the front grill on the car? If so, does anyone have the correct length?
My Mk2 parts car has the nylon inserts to hold the grill on with self tappers. . Both my Mk1's have captive nuts welded on the back.

By Mk1 came without any screws at all, I think they are a BA thread, but can't remember what number, fortunately Halfords stock them in blister packs, but that won't help Sujit

My kid took my screw gauge to college so I can't measure it at the moment., However, I have a regular nut on it. It's for sure not BA, as I don't have any BA nuts.
Also in USA called rack screws. WOuld be nice to get them with a pozi-drive head.
I have a load of 10-32 bolts that fit the captive nuts, but the interesting thing is my good quality taps, which I took from my dad, do not fit the captive nuts. My dad worked on engines for British Airways.
