Hi guys
I have tried to get a park switch slider block (the bit the rack tag engages on) for my wiper motor without success, including a wanted ad on the other section. I was stupid enough to strip the motor while over gravel, dropped it and despite desperate searching the bloody thing eludes me.
I have another plan, a cunning plan, to ask if someone could, if they have one of these parts accessible on a spare motor, be kind enough to measure it up, and let me know the measurements and a couple of close up pix showing the major details and shapes so that I can make one out of a block of nylon. The section I'm most interested in is the profile of the block underneath where it operates the park switch.
So, not after robbing someone of a precious and very difficult to find spare (unless you are feeling generous enough to sell one to me) but thought this might be a good enough compromise, and then maybe I can reconnect my '1' speed again and be able to park them without resorting to switching to '1' at the bottom of the sweep.....
Pretty please.....
