Can you imagine the hours of work that awaits this potential project, even if you want to call it that?
For 24,000 pounds you could buy a very nice car.
Sad that these cars have been left to get in that state.

The seller reckons the registration number is worth 90k, but the number cannot be transferred unless the vehicle can comply with certain conditions, and I do not see how that one can, without some dodgy ID swapping.
