Does anyone know what size or thread the BMW master cylinder inlet is and is there an adapter for the standard brake pipe fitting to fit the master?
Thanks
Ive got the BMW servo and brake master cylinder fitted but not plumed in yet, think it would be metric maybe 10mm or 12mm, John KOY should know he has one fitted and working
Hi CT.
I used a piece of 4x2 with one corner radiused to match the servo, a few bonks reshaped the wing, trial and error as Goldstar says. I previously had Greenstuff with original servo. Changed to Mintex1144 pads with BMW servo. Brakes have more bite even when cold. Would never go back, much more confidence inspiring
This is the master cylinder which is presumed to be a BMW E30 and these are the inlets and one is larger than the other. This is not my Stag so don't know the history. One inlet is larger than the other and mot sure if there should be a reducer or adapter. Is this an E30 master or maybe and E46.?. All good fun eh?
Cheers
Andrew
