Never actually managed to get RH to provide a quote.

Tried a few times, too hard to get through or get a quote.

Imho uk insurance is poor in most cases, quotes, value, payouts , communication etc.

seems as if it’s an extension of our protected financial services generally and not fit for purpose.

Has also been allowed to become subjected to abuse too….. with regular users having to bail it all out.

A couple of insiders have indicated that is the case.

I'm all in favour of cheaper insurance premiums, but has anyone every made a claim with Autonet? The TrustPilot reviews show a fair amount of customer complaints about their handling of claims.

Prior to my Stag I had cheap insurance (not Autonet) on our regular car and after a minor ding I found out how difficult they make it to actually claim. Don't know if saving £50-£100 is worth it if you end up in nightmare fight trying to get them to honour the policy.

To be fair every time I have phoned Classic line they have been very helpful, answered all my question etc etc , just recently had to have a rear screen in my merc , just rang the number ,auto glass came and fitted a new one just paid the excess.
