Green Stag in Spalding today?

Drove to Grimsby today to pick up my eldest daughter, came back through Spalding and saw a green Stag at a roundabout, I'm sure the driver saw me too. To cap it all I saw a white Stag in a car wash 2 miles from my house in Corby when almost home, 200 miles & 2 Stags, not a bad result.

Hi Ian

The chap in the green Stag in Spalding was me.......sorry didn't see you.

Have had the car on axle stands since last saturday, replaced the strut top mounts & run into problems with nuts & bolts that either would,nt budge or as in the case of the strut to vertical link one of the four bolts sheared off!

Anyhow, got it back on all fours & was out for a test run......no problems!

Nice to put a name to a distant face, I don't know the area well, I think there was a McDonalds by the roundabout. The traffic was fairly heavy in any case.

If you fancy a longer test run why not come over to Newark Air Museum next Monday. Hoping a few Lincs Stags will be there to meet the Notts area at 12:00 for the Socrates hand over. Have I seen your car parked in the Newark Auto jumble car park recently?

Not me at the autojumble I,m afraid, apart from the 190mile trip back from Lewes
