ID vin Plates

Hi all i have all the docs and a heritage cert so now need to make up the two tags for the car as well as the main VIn plate. Does anyone know what the font was for the punches that were used ?

I was in the same situation - I made some blanks from aluminium sheet and used my vintage Greenfield Stamp & Tool steel stamps, Part No 31230. These are 3/16 inch figures, I don't know the font but the end result looks identical to original VIN plates. I reckon Arial is likely to be right, or at least a very close match.
