Does anyone have some suggestions as to what the control of the fan does, the fan was installed by a previous owner. Photo attached. Many thanks in advance.

It regulates when the fan switches on , you set the dial to switch on at the desired gauge reading , it’s probably already set by the previous owner , kenlows and other fans are just usually as a back up for traffic on hot days . Regards Graham
