    Radiator: Rubber mounts??

Just bought a new rad, when I took the old one off there were zero rubber mounts, not underneath or on the top brackets. I can't seem to see any on the rimmer's diagrams either...
Is it essential to fit a new rad with rubber mounts?? or doesn't it matter so much because the engine is on rubber mounts?

    Cheers

I think it just isolates any vibrations Chix. I’ve had some cars with a rubber washer and some without. I chop a bit of rubber hose about 10mm long and use that. I suspect there is a part but I’m away from my parts catalogue atm.
Paul - 3 projects, 1 breaker - garage built and housing 2 white Stags. One runs, one doesn't

Thanks mate, I've got some hose, that would be perfect.
