Replacement rear seat foams - are they any good?

Hi all,
With reference to the topic title, i've stripped my rear seats for a colour change - the foams are not crumbling - but they are tired. So are the available replacement items any good? Has anyone bought and fitted them?
As an example I know "Richard the Stag" favours the front seat foams from a certain well known supplier (bought and fitted them Richard and i agree with you BTW), but I'm unable to find anything, anywhere that gives any information on the rear seats.
Any thoughts/advice appreciated folks.

Did you try the Technical Section here and look at the document on Stag Seat Recovering? I think the rear seat foam is covered on page 26 or so. IIRC, there were no seat base foams available at the time of writing.

Thanks for the tip Drew, just had a look at it. I had wondered if I could feasibly insert pieces of foam to replace the u/s sections ........ maybe/maybe not!! Watch this space methinks

Got mine from Jim at South East Trimming, still perfect at least 15 years on.

Richard gets his from SE trimming usually so I guess that’s where Gord (@Barton Stag) got his
