    I have a 52 year old mk1 with an oddity that I would like some understanding if anyone could help, the inhibitor switch is one from a BW65 are they compatible?

    sounds like you may have a BW65 fitted

      Definitely very different switches.
      Header tanks - you can't beat a bit of bling.

        Thanks for the reply’s guy done a bit of research and some simple checks, it looks like the selector alignment is slightly off and it needs a bit of adjustment

          Be sure it still goes securely into the park position & holds.
