I'm not familiar with this brand, but have used Dynamat which appears to be similar, apologies if you're already aware but if you search for "Dynamat" on this forum you'll see lots of feedback including some pictorial examples of where it can be used - these include examples of where you can make the Dynamat conform to shapes. I found it very effective on the inside of the door panels, reduces drumming noise.
I have always used Dynamat, expensive by comparison (3 times the cost)
Once dynamat is fitted it needs dry ice to get it back off again you can tear it up in small lumps but it will bring chunks of what ever it is stuck to with it. so little worry with extra glue etc. I am also happy with how it moulds and stretches to contours
