Rear ride height

Not on my car but a friends.
ride height at rear was 13 1/2 inches bottom of arch to centre hub, so inch lower than the 14 1/2 inches as standard
Replaced rear coils with a pair of Chris Wittor standard height coils and has made no difference to the height, still low.
Apart from the coils and coil rubber cups,what else governs the ride height? Can’t think of anything else

Probably the holes on the two suspension arms where they bolt onto the diff front flange. If they are elongated it will cause negative camber and lower suspension also, if the big outer mounts have collapsed same problem..
