'Good Quality' Manual Gearbox Oil ... Recommendations Please

I plan to replace the oil in gearbox. J-type overdrive manual. What do people recommend as a 'good quality' (or better) option ? Thanks ever so in advance.

I have always used Castrol Classic oil, and they do EP 90 gearbox oil too (they even tell you how much you need).

Never changed gearbox oil but been planning to do so for 10 year….

My gear box was leaking copious quantities of oil so I shopped around and I used comma ep80w-90 gl-4 which is allegedly suitable for our vintage vehicles. It seems good value and quality at just under £10 per litre and on the shelf in Halfords.
I had to then drain my gearbox to replace rear seal so I saved quite a lot compared to a lot of classic oils.

Folks in US are recommending oil from a company called Redline . They mKe synthetic oils.
