If I want to rebuild a PAS rack, who supplies the best parts?

AFAIK there is only one supplier of the seal kits, as when one place is out of stock they all go out of stock, often for months on end. Odd components and individual seals be had at Martin Robey, under Jensen interceptor 3Terry Hunt, Wilmington Delaware

The main rack seal AS10413 that is is the end housing and sleeve is no longer available, the top spool valve seal Pioneer Nu-lip seal 4017 is no longer available, the bottom spool valve seal another larger Pioneer Nu-lip seal is no longer available you have to use a Quad seal instead that does not sit perfectly in the groove as a Nu-lip seal, the backing seal does not come and did not come in the old seal kits.

the second photo is a Nu-lip seal , it's produced with chamfered edges so it can be fitted to a machined groove, the inner edges are the same, they are designed to make allowances for the small radius that is in a machined groove."The UK,s 2nd Most Easterly Stag" Quad Exhaust- ZF 4 Speed BOXComment
