Pretty sure Tony White would have a selection.

To replace an overrider the whole bumper needs to come off.
Only 4 bolts, accessed from inside the boot. Quite easy as long as the bolts aren't rusty. When I had mine off I took the opportunity to replace the nuts and bolts with stainless steel ones.
Easy with two pairs of hands to support the bumper whilst removing and replacing. Though I did mine single handedly by supporting the bumper on boxes.

I also have the hole in the bumper just above the exhaust, and one of the side pieces has been modified as a result of an icy road in Scotland (before my ownership), plus . . . . So I now have a stainless front and back bumper ready to fit (courtesy of the brothers' summer sale) but will wait for the winter to arrive before tackling it.
The overriders should come off without removing the bumper; however the retaining nut is probably rusted in place and getting access to cut the bolt will be a nightmare. As all four of the bumper retaining nuts are within the boot space they should be corrosion free so removing the bumper is a no-brainer.
