Rear Brake Adjusters

Hi,
Am currently replacing my rear brake drums....the circlips holding the two pins on the brake adjusters are compromised. Does anyone know what size/ spec they are and where to buy them? Many thanks!

Most sources only show them as part of the complete adjuster kit AAU8994, though Robsport are slightly cheaper as you can buy a reduced kit without the springs.

Saw that, yes thanks.....trouble is, all I need are the circlips so it makes it v expensive for such a small part!

If you are stuck you can get a box of assorted sized circlips off amazon faster and fairly cheaply. Measure the pin and get a box around that range. Worked for me at least.

Thankyou.....i do have a mixed (metric) box but i'm guessing the originals are imperial. I have a close fit with them but they're a bit "flaky".....with my luck I'll fit them and then there'll be a problem further down the road. Just trying to do it correctly with the exact fit. Appreciate the help....

I also have a packet of « UKC2105L » OE circlips, which I think I bought for the adjusters but used something else whilst waiting. But hopefully someone else can confirm…

The unused (and unstretched) clips in one of the kits from the first batch of 100 from SOCTFL have an outside diameter of 15/32 or 0.468 inches and an inside diameter of 7/32 or 0.219 inches. The depth of the grove in the pin is 1/4 or 0.250 inches. The clip expands by 1/32 inch when fitted, which is enough to ensure that it doesn't fall off.
