Wallingford was a great turnout but boy was it cold. Thats me and ere indoors in LPP. Unfortunately on the way there the car just died on me. Checked everything, had fuel pumping through and a decent spark but she just wouldn't start.
I'd like to thank Joe and Wendy who stopped in their TR4 to help out. After much head scratching we tried again and low and behold she started. Did the lap of Wallingford but then headed home, hope to sort out the problem. Hopefully a braided fuel hose and new pump should do the trick.
Anyone going to the Swallowfield or Child Beals show?

Weather permitting! I should be going to Beale Park - the TR6 in the background of avatar should also be there (big bruv) and maybe nephew in GT6 - Triumphs are a family problem!!!

Steve - it's the boat show they hold there, the cars are a side show. Held on between the 4 - 6 June. www.bealeboatshow.co.uk. If you go to the web page and find the classic car drop down box, there is my old bus with the nephews' GT6 next to it. The TR was also there, but obviously the photograher had taste & left it out. My is mt brother tetchy about that!!
