I agree completely with Moraystag about the Nitromors and the masking, but you need something a bit more robust to paint it. Hammerite non - ferrous primer, then smooth Hammerite spray gloss, at LEAST two coats, lovely finish, and long lasting. Martin.
I've done mine. I really didn't fancy doing all of the intricate masking up so I hand painted with Hammerite Satin Black.
I'm very pleased with the result - as the alloy to black edges are all quite sharp, it wasn't too hard to get a nice neat cut-off line - see what you think?

or £50 a corner at a wheel refurber, they will then paint the inside aswell and thus prevent slow air escape as alloy is porus. just a thought
I had thought that my wheels may be porous,I loose about 5psi / week, that was until the other day when cleaning the wheels, bubbles from around the valve where it fits through the wheel, :?:?:?
