      Nice one!

Glad to see it back on the road. I had heard on the grape vine that there had been a fire. Was there much damage? Not too much I hope.

I watched this video and it sounded like a sack of spanners under the bonnet!

I have come to the conclusion that no matter what you do in this life you cannot please everybody,i honestly dont care if people like this project or feel its wasted or whatever, what i DO care about ,is does the car owner like it,he had the balls to finance this, and to have a go and i admire that.Hope it puts a smile on his face.Hope you guys who see it at prescott will like it too......it does GO!

Fully agree. Wish I was going to Prescott now just to see/hear it. What sort of figures have you got on the RR?

Not done a proper power run yet, used the rr purely to map the injection,i reckon there is more to come,it goes well and its smooth,i reckon 220-230bhp,not massive power but its not meant to be a race car, we were after a driveable car not an all out lunatic thing. As has been suggested to me,if you want lots of power then drop a silly engine in,and im all in favour of that, but it was'nt what the customer wanted, and i agree. The Stag engine was never the most tunable engine but its fun to see what can be done with the old lump.

I would love to see the tv8 stand on its own and put up two fingers to all the pundits, myself included. Think this super charged engine is great what i would like to know is what has been done to the engine to take the power and give reliability.

Or is it on a need to know basis.

No its no secret, the bottom end is standard.....oh and the heads are also standard, much modified inlet manifold as you can imagine, but basically the engine is standard. It doesnt rev higher than any standard engine,so should be no problem, apart from the inlet manifold we havnt touched the old engine

                            Hear hear.

One hell of a commitment to the TV8, that has to be admired. I am sure the cost will be out of reach of most of us, so what!! It does not decrease my admiration on what has been done.
