any ideas ?

Hi finally after all these years i decided to try and fix my T-bar interior light yesterday, well i found a snapped black wire just before it changed to purple, fixed that interior lights now work as they should, but i also found this wire and not got a clue what it is for, it is in the drivers side pillar any ideas ?

Hi Andy, is the terminal wire loom for the heater rear screen on the hard top. There is one each side of the car and the white plastic peace should be clamped at the top of the B post trim so that it makes contact with the hard top terminals
