Di you re-build the master cylinder. I'm having trouble disemboweling mine. I can't get the guts out. I've tried compressed air but I can't seem to get the white plug past the circlip groove.:?

Hi Nick, heat a length of wire and plunge it into the washer, wait to cool then ease the lot out, you should have a new one anyway,Martin.

Hello,
Once you managed to get the plastic washer out, you will find a new challenge below: the next circlip, which sits so deep in the master cylinder that you have hardly any access to it. Once you have managed to get this one out, you will be able to get at the internals.
In most cases you will have to hone the inside of the cylinder and replace all the sealings. The reassembling will look very simple then.
Good luck, Dieter.

my servo came out without moving this but it would not go back in!no need to disconnect the clutch m/c just undo the two bolts holding it to the bulkhead and you should get enough movement to get the servo unit in place

Auto's quite easy, just locate the four bolts and slide it in, a friend holding it in place while you run the nuts on is handy, but you can manage single handed.Martin.
