Rattly Window - how to fix?

I have a very rattly drivers window - no such problem on the passenger side. It is fine with the window down.

Is there an easy fix for a techno-idiot like me, who finds changing a footwell bulb a one hour job?

I have a rattly driver's window too, I reckon it is the furflex type material in the channel. I hope that renewing this will cure it, when I get around to it!

bit of duct tape over the top of the door frame stops mine rattling :P

You may find that the furry window channel inside the frame has slipped down and that the glass is rattling around in the stainless window frame.

Slide it back up and superglue it in place.

The chrome frame is joined by a strap inside the door mine came loose and rattled , also there was a small cap on the window motor came loose and rattled.

Gent's I have a problem with the window on the passenger side no rattle but unfortunately it keeps jumping out of the rubber insert on the lifting arm. I have had the door trim off a load of times and tried to refit the glass into the rubber but eventually it always jumps out at some point when I lower the window. Any ideas how I could get it to stay in???? I bought a new rubber insert from RB last year but it looks pretty chewed up now

Did anyone solve their window rattle ? Mine too rattles just on the passenger side.

I will be stripping it down later today so if anyone managed to fix theirs and hints or tips would be appreciated
