Solent & New Forest Area run, 3rd July

Hi all

Just to let you know that we’re planning a run on Saturday 3rd July to Tyneham in Dorset, a village which was evacuated in 1943 when the MOD commandeered it for use as firing ranges. Would any of you care to join us? The village was never returned to the villagers and remains deserted today. It now has a small museum and lot of nice walks, so bring a picnic. There's more information at http://www.tyneham.org.uk. We'll be meeting at 1030 at the Fox & Hounds, Longham, just off the Ferndown bypass (http://www.fox-hounds-pub-dorset.co.uk/). Please let me know if you'd like to come so that we can make sure we don't leave you behind!
