Setting up timing on a Stag V8

Just finishing a rebuild of a Stag V8 and I cannot find any where in the BL Repair Operations Manual where it tells you how to set up the engine for the first time with respect to timing.

Did I miss it?

How do you do this plesae?

The timing of the camshafts to the crank is covered in chapter 12.41.05 sheet 4 onwards. The timing of thedistributor to the engineis in chapter 86.35.20 and 86.35.16
