So as it stands now, what's my chance of getting in on Saturday or can I only come for the Sunday now? I haven't pre-booked yet (no excuses).
I can send a cheque today or use paypal / direct debit but would need to know total cost.
For the parts requiring up front payment, I'm looking to be there for Sat&Sun and join in the BBQ.
If I understand correctly, the goodwood run and rolling road are 'pay on the day' events and to park in the modified display area is free, but all of these need confirmation of attendance beforehand for numbers. If I can join in on the Saturday I'll jump in for all events I mentioned, otherwise I'll jump into whatever I can on the Sunday depending on last minute pull outs.

Hi scarts,

As a member you can either pre-book and make sure of your events or pay at the gate and take your chances. Just a couple of places left for the Goodwood track laps, car run is not a problem to numbers & there is a few places left for BBQ food. We have to give the final numbers for food on July 31. If you send me the pre-booking form I will hold the places for you (let me know via forum or PM)

BBQ £15ph
Goodwood track laps £4 pay on day . pre-book your place limited to 100
Car run free
Saturday eve entertainment free
Camping £10 per night
Rolling Road pay as you go

The advert in the magazine is not very clear. Pre-booking will remain open if you want to join any events or food untilJuly 31. Any forms received after that day will be held and given at the gate.You can also pay at the gate on any day for the £10ph fee

The reduced entry fee finished on June 30.

Didn't know about this, but yesterday I was able to successfully book on their website (rang the number which just redirected me to the website) which showed availability for both Fri & Sat nights.

They had 6 family rooms available yesterday, this is the best deal you will get. Pay for Friday and Saturday, get Sunday free. Three nights for £120 including continental breakfast. Then you can join in the whole weekend for less than the petrol travelling to & fro. If anybody takes up this offer, don't forget to get in touch with me for additional event bookings. We have got something for SWMBO as well, Body Shop demonstration including massage (for gents too) also discount for entry to neighbouring Denmans Gardens where they can escape for a quite cup of coffee.

Booked Fri, Sat and Sunday at the last minute, I wonder,........any events still availableto book?, will be their with my 15 year old nephew.

Hi Sukh

You need to prebook to enter and book any events to ensure your place or you can pay at the gate and take your chance. On saying that it is only the Goodwood laps and Saturday eve BBQ that needs booking. The BBQ has to be paid for by July 31 that is the deadline, the Goodwood laps are pay on the day (£4)

You will not get any receipts via post after July 31, they will have to be collected on booking in.

Prices in previous post
Entry £10 (3 days or part of) children free
BBQ £15 adults £10 children Veggie options if pre notification.
Goodwood laps at near maximum figures now, so be quick.

The whole event is a Stag stand.
