Christmas job (if not too cold) is to replace (I am not tempted to attempt to replace the seals) my master brake cylinder in time for the next MOT (due February 2008).
While the unit is out, do I whip the servo out and replace or refurb it(using one of the service kits) or do I leave well alone? Tin can is looking a bit tatty though so I may give it a spray of hammerite. The front disks and pads were replaced in April so should be OK but what else should I think of doing? Replace brake hoses with braided if I replace the servo? Replace bulkhead insulation pad (but does the engine get in the way)?
Grateful for all (legal) suggestions . . .
