Yeah I remember you got a good deal on that new distributor,i bought a second hand one one on ebay, ended up making one good one out of the two I had.The funny thing was my early distributor was a lot heavier than the later one I bought off ebay,i reckon Lucas must of changed its metal supplier over the course of the stags production.

I had a Lucas one with the name, part/serial number/made in England all embossed on it. It was NOS, never used .A solid Genuine part.

I was fitting my new HT leads on Saturday and wanted to fit it, was giving it a wipe over. My brothers dog kept bothering meto play fetch with him, I picked the ball up and threw the ball (half deflated football) together with the dizzy. It was a concrete floor, smashed three of the push-in lugs at the top.

Peter selling counterfeit goods? I don't think so. This ebay seller is a chancer.

 hahaha

imagine Peter submitting a "defamation of character" claim to our intrepid e-bayer.

I don't think I have ever paid much more than a tenna for a genuine Lucarse Dizzy cap and I get through a fair few of them with my Range Rover Daily driver.

Maybe this one has been blessed by the Pope?
