RV8 for me today and great fun it was. I must have been driving the stag a lot lately though as I kept switching the wipers on at junctions!

Just had a 2 hour cruise around (obviously through town a couple of times) had alot of looks and a couple of admiring conversations. I just cant help putting my foot down tho when I pull away:?

I haven't been burbling around , just tinkering today. Trying to replace the velcro strips on my hood frame. It is going rather slowly! Nice early start and off to Goodwood tomorrow.

I was meeting a couple of friends yesterday,who didnt know I had Stag, but I had to do a three point turn in their yard. When I went into the building one said "that throaty rumble we heard wasn`ta tuned hotrodit was a stag!

Cheltenham to Birmingham and back on Thurs, Cheltenham to Bristol and back on Fri, both hood down, scorching weather and fantastic! Been taking my eldest daughter to university open days, posing all the way!!
We've had a French exchange student staying with us this week, so I just had to pick her and my daughter up after school every evening this week, The French teachers went mad for the Stag! had to stop and pose for pics, this is such a great car!!!
Been checking the mileage on the stack of MOT's that came with the car and I have already (3 weeks) covered more miles than it's done in the last 8 yrs. I swear it's getting better with every trip. A most triumphant vehicle......

I did wish i was in the stag as we were cruising around the Yorkshire moors but a Rover 75 with climate control had to do loads of classics about including a couple of stags, also had a look at D.W Mathewson's in Thornton le dale.
