Hmmm, until the car is mobile I guess if I could get the hood down I could just sit in it as it is parked outside my garage and look at the sky...imagining the noise from the wonderful RV8 :P

It's not been on the road for almost 10 years Julian. It rolls ok and and, although it's firing, there is no fuel coming through. I am not playing about with that myself and am hoping to get it to the local garage this week for them to get it up and running and MOT'd.

Not sure exactly what that will entail...so a fingers-crossed sort of time! I have limited myself to starting to cut-back and polish the paintwork. the parts I have done to date have come up really well so I assume it is cellulose.

Good luck - let's hope it all turns out to be straightforward.

But just think, it's bound to be sunny on the day the garage fix it, so you'll want your roof down when youbring it home LOL
