I thought mine was GRB until I got the bonnet resprayed............ its wasn't socurrently I have a 2 tone and not a very nice one. Exactly what is the green I have? its not as dark as BRG, but I know it isn't Brooklands..... I've seen one which is definately that colour...................

What fun - another few hundred £ to go over the winter................ but it will be worth it to get rid of the wavy gold stripe - looking forward to a nice thin silver stripe...!

Ah ha - I thought I was the only one with, what I call, Brooklands Racing Green :?

At first, I thought mine was British racing Green and the commission plate shows it as code 75 Ie BRG however I realised thatit's not as dark as that. Mine sounds just like yours and the only thing I've been able to do is to get a bodyshop to mix up a paint to match - when they rebuilt my hardtop. In fact, I think they've made a perfect match.

I would think yours, like mine, has been resprayed at some stage because there was no other original colour close to BRG/Brooklands.

I think it looks brilliant though

yes it is nice, but I'm going to BL BRG because I can't get anyone to match it.

Hi Ian, the car in Ashford is the first car I went to see.The guy said he would not drop below £12,500 at the time.car was very good body wise but I did not like the drive or feel of it.Even at £10,000 I think its abit much(only my opinion) You know when you go to view a car you get a feeling this is the ONE,this one just did not do it for me.

            Hi Dean,

With so little choice available to you, if the bodywork is sound anything else can be sorted. Make the guy an offer on what you feel it's worth, then anything that needs sorting can be done.
